Dr. West was wonderful with my Mother who couldn’t hear anything out of her right ear upon our arrival. Dr. West was thorough and explained everything in detail prior to the examination. After utilizing the Earigation machine and removing the wax buildup, my Mother felt relief and could hear again. Dr. West patiently explained after my Mother’s hearing test that she would benefit with a hearing device and provided us with literature. I was impressed because the device was recommended and not pressured to purchase. Thank you, Dr. West!

My experience with Dr. West and the Hearing Center was very positive. Dr. West asked questions of me regarding my hearing and then explained the testing procedure. When the testing was complete Dr. West provided me with charts showing the levels of my hearing loss in both ears. We then talked about how hearing devices could improve my hearing. I have since picked up my new devices and love them. I can now hear what I've been missing.
